内生殖器官的神经


  内生殖器官主要由交感神经与副交感神经所支配。交感神经自腹主动脉前神经丛分出,下行入盆腔分为两部分,一为卵巢神经丛,经卵巢门入卵巢,并有分支分布于输卵管;另一沿腹主动脉下降,形成骶前神经丛而进入盆腔,在直肠壶腹部后面分成左右两束腹下神经丛,除少数神经纤维分布于子宫外,大部分在阔韧带骶部的宫颈旁形成骨盆神经丛,分布于子宫体,宫颈及膀胱上部。骨盆神经丛中有来自第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ骶神经的副交感神经纤维,并含有向心传导的感觉神经纤维。详见附图。骨盆神经丛分出的神经支配子宫的肌肉活动,又从子宫传导向心的感觉冲动到中枢,从而引起子宫反射性收缩,但子宫平滑肌有自律活动,完全切断其神经后,还能完成分娩活动。
