适应症： 用于治疗各种消化管癌（如胃癌、结肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、食管癌等）、肺癌、淋巴肉瘤、乳腺癌等。
用量用法：
开始时１日量２０ｍｌ，如无不良反应，逐渐增大剂量，最多可至１日５０ｍｌ，加入氯化钠注射液中（２５０～５００ｍｌ）混匀，缓缓静滴，滴速控制在每分钟４０～６０滴，每日１次，１个疗程总量１２００～１５００ｍｌ。如单用本品，１个疗程结束后，休息１周，进行复查，然后继续第２疗程。如是手术病人，术后２周开始维持给药，１日５０ｍｌ，每周２次，用１个月。本品亦可与化疗或放疗合用，先用本品１疗程，休息１周后，，再按常规使用化疗或放疗，可减轻化疗药物的毒副作用，提高机体免疫功能。
注意事项：
1.用前将注射液振摇均匀后与等渗盐水混匀。 2.偶有面部发热，仅需减慢滴速即能恢复正常。 3.禁用于直接静脉推注，以免危险。 4.开始用药２～３日内白细胞可能略有下降，继续给药随即回升至正常水平。
