一条染色体断片接到另一条非同源染色体上。主要类型有:①相互易位:两条非同源染色体各自发生断裂,形成的两个断片相互交接重接。②罗伯逊易位:只发生于近端着丝粒染色体之间,两条染色体在着丝粒处发生断裂,然后两个长臂在着丝粒处重接,两条短臂随之丢失。这种易位亦称为着丝粒融合。
