少商 少商 经穴名。出《灵枢·本输》。别名鬼信。属手太阴肺经。井（木）穴。在手拇指末节桡侧，距指甲角0.1寸。布有来自前臂外侧皮神经和桡神经浅支的混合支，正中神经的指掌侧固有神经形成的末梢神经网和指掌侧固有动、静脉形成的动、静脉网。主治发热，昏迷，咳嗽，咽喉肿痛，癫狂，鼻衄等。斜刺0.1-0.2寸，或点刺出血。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
