Four flavonol glycosides and one flavonol were separated and collected from myrica rubra leaf using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with RP-C18 column as stationary phase and methanol-water-formic acid as mobile phase.
以反相高效液相色谱法，用ＲＰ－Ｃ１８柱为固定相，甲醇－水－甲酸为流动相，辅之以二极 管阵列紫外检测技术，从杨梅叶中分离和制备了四种黄酮酸忒和一种黄酮醇，经波谱分析确 定了化学结构，并以蒽为内标测定了杨梅叶中五种黄酮类化合物的含量。

In order to expand the effective use of cultivation Myrica rubra,the antibacterial activity of water and 60% ethanol extract from Myrica rubra leaf was studied with testing the OD of the micro-bacterial suspension and the antibacterial ring in this paper.
为了拓展栽培杨梅的有效利用途径,采用测定菌悬液的吸光度值和抑菌圈试验,研究了杨梅叶水提取物和60%乙醇提取物的抑菌作用。
