Methods:160patients with unilateral osteonecrosis of the femoral head underwent the treatment of reconstruction by iliac bone graft combined with ascending branch of the lateral femoral circumflex vessels,38 cases had FicatⅡStage osteonecrosis,122 cases had FicatⅢStage osteonecrosis.
方法:选择单侧股骨头缺血性坏死采用旋股外侧血管升支髂骨瓣移植修复治疗患者160例,FicatⅡ期38例,Ⅲ期122例;其中每期都随机分成实验组和对照组。

菜 名： 参芪龙骨胶
主 料： 猪尾龙骨1000克，鱼胶50～100克，北芪6～9克，党参3克。
配 料： 盐适量，麻油随意，生姜50克，胡椒粉少许，香菜适量。
做 法： 1．猪尾龙骨斩块待用。 2．鱼胶切碎，用温水约浸发1小时后，洗净，与猪尾龙骨一同投下大砂锅。 3．放入姜块、北芪、党参，加入适量沸水，用文火煲2～3小时，至肉熟烂为止。 4．调入盐，撒下胡椒粉和香菜，滴入麻油后即可食用。
特 点： 汤色粘浓艳丽。
药用价值： 鱼胶味甘性平，可补肾益精，散瘀消肿；北芪味甘，性微温，可补气升阳，固表止汗，利水消肿，托毒生肌；党参味甘性平，能健脾补肺，益气养血，生津止渴。此三药与猪骨合煲，对肾虚遗精、产后抽搐、崩漏、痔疮、小便不利、气虚神倦者皆有疗效。
