原料: 原 料:
水发松菇300克,蒜茸50克,精盐、味精、胡椒粉、麻油、植物油、素鲜汤各适量。
制法: (1)松菇洗净,捞出,挤干水,切成片。
(2)取1个小碗,放精盐、味精、胡椒粉、湿淀粉、麻油、素鲜汤调匀,兑成汁水。
(3)炒锅上旺火,放油烧至五成热,下松菇片滑熟,倒入漏勺中。
(4)炒锅复上旺火,放油烧热,下蒜茸煸香,将松菇片倒入,浇上兑好的汁水,将锅颠翻几下,出锅装盘即成。
特点: 大蒜香浓,松菇鲜美,补益脾胃,理气止痛,防癌抗癌。
