局部免疫
仅在某一局部有免疫性。如口服脊髓灰质炎活疫苗后,肠道表面产生免疫力,能预防脊髓灰质炎病毒的侵入。局部免疫可以是特异性也可以是非特异性的。特异性的是指局部组织中的淋巴细胞在局部受到病原微生物(或活疫苗)的刺激后能产生特异性的分泌型IgA。人的肠道、支气管分泌液、鼻涕、唾液、眼泪、宫颈分泌物等均发现分泌型IgA。此外,尚有少量IgG、IgM及IgE,也可能有细胞免疫参与。局部免疫的非特异性物质有大肠菌素样物质、溶菌酶、乳铁蛋白等,可抑制细菌生长。在脊髓灰质炎、流感、副流感、呼吸道合胞病毒及鼻病毒感染中,局部免疫的保护作用要比血清中抗体和细胞免疫的作用更为重要。此外,局部免疫的理论开辟了经自然感染途径进行免疫(如气雾免疫)的前景。
