This study covers the contact toxicity,repellence activity and population inhibition of green prickly ash essential oil,red prickly ash essential oil,1st grade spicy element and 2nd grade spicy element against Tribolium castaneum adults at 30 ℃.
在30℃的恒温条件下,研究了青椒精油、红椒精油、一级麻素和二级麻素这4种花椒提取物对赤拟谷盗成虫的触杀、驱避及种群抑制作用,结果表明二级麻素和青椒精油的触杀效果较好,红椒精油的效果最差;两种花椒麻素对赤拟谷盗都表现出较好的驱避效果,且随着浓度的提高而增强,随着时间的延长而降低;花椒精油及麻素对赤拟谷盗的种群抑制作用随着药剂浓度的增大而增强,其中一级麻素的抑制效果最好,两种花椒精油的抑制效果较差。
