本文采用PAGE、SDS-PAGE、Western印迹法及应用氨基酸自动分析仪研究了1-6龄粘虫幼虫、蛹及成虫体内储存蛋白的种类、分子量、亚基分子量、氨基酸组分及含量以及苦皮藤素V亚致死剂量对粘虫体内储存蛋白的含量和产卵量的影响,结果表明: 粘虫体内储存蛋白从1日龄的6龄幼虫开始出现在血淋巴中,其在血淋巴中的浓度随日龄的增长而增高,到末日龄达到峰值。
