杯状细胞
goblet cell
分散在支气管、消化道(尤其是小肠大肠)黏膜内的一种呈杯形能分泌黏液的细胞。杯状细胞的下部含有大量粗面内质网,而胞核上方含有高尔基复合体,顶部细胞内含有大量黏液颗粒,是黏蛋白成分。其分泌的黏液附于上皮表面,有润滑与保护作用。
