A set of techniques suitable for evaluation of resistance of cowpea (Vigna sesquipdalis )seadlings to rust disease (Uromyces vignae) was established according to the dffects of different inocula-tion metheds, concentration of inocula, duration of keeping in saturated humidity, and temperatures on re-sistance of cowpea seedlines.
根据不同的接种方法、接种物浓度、保湿时间和温度对豇豆锈病(Uromycesvignae)苗期抗病性表现的影响,筛选出一套方便、可行的苗期抗病性鉴定技术:即在20~30℃温度下,用每视野含对个孢子(10×16倍)的夏孢子悬浮液于1~2片复叶时喷雾接种,保湿18~24h,接种后10~14d调查21个供试品种的病情指数,结果表明品种间抗病性差异显著。
