In order to solve the mentioned problem,full bore perforator with combustible & expendable charge tube including full bore detonator,combustible & expendable charge tube,relative subs,gun bottom,gun carrier and charges is designed and manufactured.
为解决目前石油油管输送式射孔(TCP)后管内腔堵塞、不能直接进行后续作业的缺陷,研究开发了含能弹架全通径射孔器,设计了配套的通径式起爆器、自毁式含能弹架及接头、枪尾、枪身和射孔弹。

Full bore perforator with combustible & expendable charge tube is made of composite powder.
全通径射孔含能弹架以复合火药为原材料加工而成,为解决其高温条件下的机械强度,分析、研究并确定了原材料的主体组分,经配方的对比试验、性能检验和现场应用,复合火药弹架可以满足油气井射孔工程要求。
