In order to establish a set of high efficiency regeneration system of wheat haploid from wheat×maize which induce wheat DH groups,factors affecting the frequency of haploid embryo and young plant production,such as culture condition,environmental temperature and T>10℃ effective accumulated temperature,etc.
为建立一套高效的小麦×玉米单倍体诱导系统用于构建小麦DH群体,采用杂交后剪穗进行人工控制环境条件的室内离体培养法和田间常规杂交法诱导小麦×玉米单倍体,研究了不同培养环境、离体培养时环境温度、常规杂交法时T>10℃有效积温对单倍体成胚率和成苗率的影响。

原 料：
新鲜嫩玉米600克，大米250克，新鲜红、青椒各25克，新鲜番茄100克，香蕉100克，熟虾仁200克，熟花生100克，芹菜叶20克。调料：橄榄油75克，柠檬汁30克，精盐、胡椒粉各适量。
制法: 将玉米、大米洗净，用淡盐水煮熟冷却，红、青椒洗净切丁；番茄洗净用沸水烫后剥皮切丁；香蕉剥皮切片；熟花生捣碎；芹菜叶洗净切末；把橄榄油、柠檬汁放在一起拌匀成色拉液，备用。将玉米、大米、红、青椒丁、番茄丁、香蕉切片、花生、精盐、胡椒粉放入盆内浇上色拉液拌匀，撒上芹菜末，放进冰箱冷藏1-2小时即可食用。
