产后发斑 病证名。属产后危证之一。多为产后败血流入脏腑，满后复流入肌肤四肢，热结流注，不能转还所致。《女科备要》：“产后面黄色干，口中流血，遍身色点生斑如何？答曰：产后败血入五脏六腑，皆满流入肌肤，败血出入，流走四肢，热结流注，转还不得，故有此症……。”治以清热散结，消斑逐瘀为主，用凉血解毒汤。高热神昏者可兼服紫雪丹，参见产后发热条。
