做法：
1）梨去皮、去芯，切成8等份，姜切成小片
2）取1小锅，加500ml水、糖、姜片，煮开后用中小火煮5分钟
3）将胡椒粒用手用力按在梨上（每块3粒），放在2）中，煮5分钟即可
注：糖水梨可趁热吃，也可冰镇后食用，突出姜味，深秋时节热辣辣的生姜为你去除寒意。吃辛辣
味的食物之后，这款糖水梨非常爽口。
