做法:
1)梨去皮、去芯,切成8等份,姜切成小片
2)取1小锅,加500ml水、糖、姜片,煮开后用中小火煮5分钟
3)将胡椒粒用手用力按在梨上(每块3粒),放在2)中,煮5分钟即可
注:糖水梨可趁热吃,也可冰镇后食用,突出姜味,深秋时节热辣辣的生姜为你去除寒意。吃辛辣
味的食物之后,这款糖水梨非常爽口。
