hekou之hi}1 gongeheng河口治理工程(e卿neeri嗯of estu哪i哪rovement)根据航运、排灌和围垦等需要在河口实施整治、疏浚或建闸工程,使其自然过程向着有利于人类的方向转变。河口整治是在河口段布设导堤等人工建筑物以改变流场、控制水沙分配和调整河床的冲淤部位。河口疏浚是指通过利用机具清挖河槽底部的土石方而增加水深,以适应航行和排洪的需要。河口拦门沙通常是河口疏浚的主要对象。河口建闸的目的是挡潮防涝、御卤蓄淡,改善工农业和生活用水。由于建闸后常引起淤积,因而闸下清淤也是河口治理的内容。河口治理的历史最早可追溯到19世纪上半叶,例如法国的卢瓦尔(玩ire)河口治理始于1834年。中国最早的河口治理例子是黄浦江。鸦片战争后,西方入侵者为了开辟上海港,在黄浦江口修筑一系列导堤和丁坝,使原来不足10米的航道水深加深至10米以上。 (杨世伦)
