农机作业经济效果评价农机作业经济效果是在种植业、养殖业、农副产品加工业和农村运输业中使用机器进行作业时所形成的经济效果。主要表现在机器作业后能否为经营者及社会创造新的物质财富(价值)，定义为农机作业的所得与耗费之比或差。通过对农机作业经济效果进行评价，从微观上看，可以指导农机经营者增收节支，确定要不要进行农机作业，进行什么项目的农机作业，进行多大规模的农机作业，以及确定经营形式，收费标准等等;从宏观上看，可以客观地反映出农业机械在复杂的农业生产中的作用，为决策部门进行宏观调控提供决策依据，从而根据不同地区的自然、经济、社会条件因地制宜地选择项目，确定发展目标。1989年3月31日，中华人民共和国农业部以NY170一89标准号正式批准了刀农比机.械作业经济效果的评价方泪;勺部币标准.从1”一年l月1日起正式实施该标准明确规定J一农材日卜生经济效果的评价原则、指标体系和具体计算方法。
