栅藻属 Scenedesmus 绿藻门栅藻科的一属。植物体通常是由2、4、8或16个、罕为32个细胞构成的定形群体;细胞椭圆、卵圆、长筒、纺锤、新月形等等;每个细胞内有一个周位的、片状的叶绿体,一个蛋白核,一个细胞核;细胞壁光滑或有突起、各种刺、刺毛、颗粒、纵肋等等。分布于全世界,淡水产,广泛生活于池塘、湖泊、沟渠、小水坑,各种培养缸等水体中,是常见的重要的浮游藻类。中国已报道过50余种。无性生殖时每个细胞都可以产生似亲孢子,经过排列成为似亲群体;偶而产生动孢子和同形配子。栅藻繁殖快,营养价值高,可作为人工大量培养的材料。用途同小球藻属。 |
