用料
西瓜皮30克,冬瓜皮30克,天花粉15克,大米60克,白糖30克。
制法
①将西瓜皮、冬瓜皮洗净,切碎,用干净纱布包好,备用。大米淘洗干净,备用。
②锅内加水适量,放入瓜皮袋、大米煮粥,熟后拣出瓜皮袋,调入天花粉、白糖,搅匀即成。
用法
每日2-3次,连服3-5天。
功效
冬瓜皮、西瓜皮均有清热解毒、利尿消肿等功效。天花粉为葫芦科多年生草质藤本植物栝萎和双边栝蒌的块根。味甘,微苦,性微寒。功效为清热化痰、养胃生津、解毒消肿。主治痰热咳嗽津伤口
