2000-2006年,贵州晴隆县采取灵活多样的科技扶贫方式,在全县14个乡(镇)68个村开展种草养羊科技扶贫,遏制了水土流失,使陡坡荒地变成了保土、保肥、保水的四季绿色牧场,解决了喀斯特岩溶地区生态建设与扶贫开发有机结合的问题,农民人均纯收入由2000年的1 156元增加到2006年的1 527元。
