The results of 8 day s comparative test showed that K -1 (no any viscose in), K - 2 similar in structure were demonstrated excellent effect in capturing Indian meal moth (male) and the number of the male moths trapped by each of the two modified traps, accumulated within 8 days, was significantly or very significantly more than that by any other type of traps in the test.

The effect of combination of different temperature and different relative humidity on growth period and livability of different stages of Indian meal moth were studied.

As a variety of pest which widely occur and badly disserve the foodstuff, the occurrence of the Indian meal moth has an important influence to social economy and daily life.

The results of field trials showed good control efficacy of 5% Terbufos-Monosultap G against Alissonotrm impressicolle Arrow and Chilo infuscatellus Snellen.
