The aim of the study was to construct eukaryotic expression vector containing antiviral MxA gene which was expressed in chicken cells in order to study the role of MxA against avian virus disease.
经该重组质粒转染后的鸡细胞的胞质中呈现颗粒状分布的绿色荧光,RT-PCR扩增出EGFP和MxA基因的特异性片断,免疫组化结果显示EGFP报告基因在细胞内的阳性表达,并表现出MxA的表达特征,间接证明了MxA可在鸡细胞中表达。

又称Wilms瘤。来自肾胚胎组织的恶性肿瘤。多见于3岁以下儿童。肿瘤从肾胚基芽细胞发展而成。故其中含有多种组织，如上皮细胞、结缔组织、肌肉、骨骼等。常有早期血行转移。腹部包块常为幼儿惟一症状，故易被延误治疗。尿路造影，B型超声检查及CT扫描可明确诊断。应与先天性肾积水鉴别。治疗以手术切除为主，辅以放射治疗，可以提高手术切除率和术后存活率。
