为探索改造福建欧竹林为笋用林及其丰产经营技术，对其进行３种立竹度、３种年龄结构和３种土壤管理方式的３因素３水平正交试验，在方差分析的基础上，进行相关分析、主成份分析，结果表明，福建酸竹丰产笋用林的适宜立竹度为９０００～１２０００株／ｈｍ２，年龄结构以１～４ａ竹子比例各占２５％为宜，土壤管理以阶梯增土法较好。

原料: 原 料：
材料：蘑菇，鲍鱼菇，草菇，芦笋各100克。调味料：酱油，蚝油，米酒各1大匙，糖1小匙，盐，香油各1/2小匙。
制法: （1）芦笋洗净，去皮切段，蘑菇，草菇，鲍鱼菇分别洗净去蒂。入滚水中汆烫后捞出沥干。
（2）热油3大匙，放入芦笋快炒一下，盛起。
（3）锅中余油继续加热，放入三种菇炒熟，加入调味料拌炒，再加入炒过的芦笋炒匀即可。
