Aimed at this system, a signification and estimation method of soil nutrient price are presented ,and the margin of soil nutrient price between the tilth occupied and the land potential to be developed is suggested to estimate the compensate price of cultivating tilth .

【耕地补偿费】国家建设依照法律征用集体土地所有单位的耕地，由用地单位支付给被征地单位的对耕地投人的补偿费用。《中华人民共和国土地管理法》规定，征用耕地的补偿费标准，按该耕地被征用前三年平均年产值的3一6倍计。有的省根据耕地的位置定出补偿费标准，即按近郊与远郊、城市与农村、省辖市还是县级市等，划分出不同地区的年产值倍数进行补偿。有的省规定:征用省辖市郊区耕地的补偿费，按该耕地被征用前三年平均年产值的5一6倍计;征用县级市和县辖镇郊区耕地的补偿费，按该耕地被征前三年平均年产值的4一5倍计;征用其他地区耕地的补偿费，按该拚地被征用前三年平均产值的3一4倍计。
