| 生殖质 germ plasm；germinalplasm 在卵发生中形成的一种特殊的细胞质成分。这种成分分布在卵或胚胎的一定部位，含有这种成分的细胞将发育为原始生殖细胞，再由它产生出生殖母细胞。生殖质的存在已在很多无脊椎动物和脊椎动物中得到证实。一般认为生殖质系由核糖核酸（RNA ）和蛋白质共同组成，它在卵发生期间由细胞核产生，穿过核膜孔聚集于核膜附近的细胞质中然后分散到植物极。 |
