做法：
1.牛蛙洗净、剁块；大蒜放入油锅炸香。

tips：
1.蒜先略炸后，蒜味才不会太重，对不喜欢大蒜的人来说比较容易接受；也可不炸，更加健康。
2.牛蛙可购买处理好的回来烹煮，但最好是现杀的肉质比较鲜美。
