The chromosome karyotype of HabaiJapanese large ears rabbit F1 rearing in Qinghai Academy of Animal and Veterinary Science were studied by conventional cytogenetics technique.
采用常规细胞遗传学手段,对青海省畜牧兽医科学院饲养的哈白兔×日本大耳兔F1的染色体核型进行分析,结果表明,F1的染色体数目2n=44,染色体臂数NF=78(♂);常染色体类型1~7对为中着丝粒染色体(M),8~10对为亚中着丝粒染色体(SM),11~16对为近端着丝粒染色体(ST),17~21对为端着丝粒染色体(T),性染色体X为亚中着丝粒染色体(SM),Y为中着丝粒染色体(M),公兔核型式为44,XY(♂)。

In order to establish the data bank of biological parameters of Changchun closed colony Japanese white rabbits,20(10[QX(Y15]♀+10[QX(Y15]♂) parental generation and20(10[QX(Y15]♀+10[QX(Y15]♂) filial generation of Changchun closed colony Japanese white rabbits were used to study various biological parameters.
为建立长春封闭群日本大耳白兔的生物学数据库,对20只(10♀+10♂)亲代长春封闭群日本大耳白兔及20只(10♀+10♂)自繁F代日本大耳白兔采用Sysmex KX-21N型全自动血球计数仪和美国产LX-20型全自动血液生化分析仪测定了RBC、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT、MPV、WBC、W-SCR、W-LCR10项血液有形成分和血红蛋白,以及AST、ALT、ALP、TP、ALB、BUN、D-BIL、Grea、TG、CHOL10项生化参数,并对其进行对比分析。

形态特征:玄参科兔耳草属多年生矮小草本植物,高约5厘米。根状茎短小。茎1-2条,直立。基生叶3-5枚,叶柄扁平,长1.5-2厘米;叶片卵形至宽卵形,质地较厚,约与柄等长或较短,边缘有粗圆齿;茎生叶1-3枚,仅生于花序附近。6用开花,穗状花序头状至长圆形,长1-2.5厘米,花稠密;苞片倒卵形;花萼佛焰苞状,顶端伸出成浅2裂;花冠天蓝色或紫色,长约9-12毫米,花冠筒伸直,与唇部近等长;上唇长圆形,下唇与上唇近等长,2裂。
生境分布:生于海拔5150-5200米的山坡草地及多石砾的山坡上。分布于西藏。
