Results are as follows:(1) The renal artery is divided into one truncus dorsalis and one truncus ventralis before entering the hilus, then subdivided into 2-6 renal segmental arteries respectively, called renal segments.

The distribution of the renal artery in 24 kidneys of 12 two humped camels was investigated with macroanatomical dissecting and artery casting methods.
结果显示 ,肾脏的肾动脉在进入肾门之前均已分成一背干和一腹干 ,在肾窦内 ,背干分为一前支和一后支 ,再由前、后支分别发出背部肾脏的各肾段动脉。

光镜下肾小球病变呈局灶性节段性肾小球血管袢硬化灶或玻璃样病变区，细胞可不发生明显增生，晚期可发展为球性硬化；电镜下可见弥漫的上皮细胞足突融合，并伴有系膜基质节段性增多；免疫荧光表现为局灶性巨块状或粗颗粒状IgM和C3沉积，有时阴性。临床表现为激素不敏感的肾病综合征。
