In order to determine the proportion of the root respiration to the total soil respiration,field experiments were condusted to measured soil respiration in three temperate grassland communities including Leymus chinensis free-grazed steppe,stipa grandis free-grazed steppe and Leymus chinensis degenerated free-grazed steppe using root biomass ratiocination method in the growing season,2005.
结果表明,3个样地根系呼吸和土壤总呼吸的季节变化规律基本一致,均表现为单峰曲线,峰值出现在7月下旬,但羊草退化草原受过度放牧的影响,根系呼吸和土壤总呼吸速率均明显高于其它2个样地;根系呼吸占土壤总呼吸的比例在生长季节内波动明显,且3个样地差异较大,但大多介于40%~50%之间,平均值为40。
