巨大膀胱-巨大输尿管综合征
又称"先天性巨大输尿管征"。一种较为少见的先天性疾病。它主要以双侧输尿管扩张，膀胱扩张为特征。这种扩张常为不可逆经过，病程中常伴有肾盂积水，但无下尿路梗阻，无神经原性膀胱症，无尿障碍。治疗应根据肾盂积水的程度，尿路感染的严重度与频率而定，可采用保守或手术疗法。
