受精卵的发育


受精卵的发育过程:①精子、卵子结合成为受精卵。②约在受精后第3日,受精卵开始细胞分裂,一分二、二分四,形成一个实心的细胞团,称桑葚胚(morula)也称早期囊胚,周围保留一圈透明带;③桑葚胚继续发育分裂,体积增大,外周细胞分裂较快,形成囊壁,称滋养层,内部细胞分裂较慢,形成内细胞群,两者之间出现腔隙,叫囊胚腔,此时称晚期囊胚,此阶段称囊胚期;④受精后7~8日,透明带消失、囊胚直接埋入子宫内膜;⑤两胚层期着床后,内细胞群细胞增殖很快,分为两层,靠近滋养层的称外胚层,靠近中央的称内胚层,内、外胚层间形成一个腔,叫羊膜腔,内胚层出现一个囊,叫卵黄囊;⑥羊膜腔的底与卵黄囊的顶直接贴近,形成胚盘,为人体的始基,以后分化形成胎儿身体各部。与此同时,滋养层分化成两层,外层合体滋养层由合体细胞组成,有合成胎盘各激素的功能,内层细胞滋养层由排列整齐的郎罕细胞组成,有分裂生长功能;⑦三胚层期:受精后3周左右,在内、外两胚层之间,从胚盘外胚层分化出中胚层,成为三胚层时期,三胚层形成身体内各个器官:外胚层形成整个中枢和周围神经系统、皮肤、毛发,指甲和眼睛的晶体等;中胚层形成真皮、骨骼、结缔组织、平滑肌以及生殖、泌尿两个系统;内胚层形成消化系统、膀胱,肠道和前庭,呼吸系统的上皮和有关腺体。此后,羊膜腔不断扩大,终于使囊胚腔消失。胎儿借脐带悬浮于羊膜腔中。
