A group of tropical and subtropical breeding materials were crossed with inbred lines 5003,Mo17(Ht) and Dan 340 in Shenyang region,then backcrossed, The results indicated that: Not all the tropieas and subtropical germplasm can improve loging ratio of inbred lines.
选用一批热带、亚热带玉米育种材料与沈阳地区常用自交系5003、Mo17Ht和丹340等进行杂交再回交,将其后代进行测交,结果表明:不是所有的热带、亚热带种质都能改善自交系的倒伏性;来源不同的热带、亚热带种质对改善自交系倒伏性效果不同;同一组合内由于热带血缘所占比例不同,倒伏率的改良效果不同;同一热带、亚热带种质对不同自交系的改良效果不同,就本试验而言,对亚热带地区种质改良Reid血缘种质较好,低纬度地区种质改良旅大红骨类群自交系为宜。
