果树 fruit tree 生产食用果实的木本植物,园艺学上也包括某些食用部分并非果实的树木和少数多年生草本植物。全世界已知果树有2792种,分属于134科659属。按叶的生长习性分为落叶果树和常绿果树;按栽培的气候条件分为温带果树、热带果树和亚热带果树;按植株生长习性分为乔木、灌木、藤本果树和多年生草本果树。现在通用的园艺学分类,根据果实形态结构和利用特点结合栽培要求分为仁果类、核果类、浆果类、坚果类、柑果类、热带和亚热带果树类6类 。 世界果树分布在南、北纬60°之间,以北半球温带和亚热带为主要栽培地区。中国有适于各种果树生长、繁衍的自然条件,种质资源丰富,共有59科158属670余种。 |
