Ten species of the genus Bipolaris Shoem, which were collected from Guangxi area in China in recent years are reported in this paper, in which one is new record in China and one is new species.
从广西南宁、桂林、百色、柳州、阳朔等地采集的 1 780份标本中分离得到 4 1 0个菌株 ,鉴定出离蠕孢属真菌 1 0种。

性质:又称4,5,8-三羟基-2-甲基蒽醌。暗红色扁平针状结晶。熔点226~227℃。稍溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮。微溶于醋酸发出绿色荧光。溶于浓硝酸冷时无色,热时变为樱红色。遇氢氧化钠呈蓝光红色。乙醇溶液中加氨水、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、硼砂等均呈紫色。遇硫酸镍呈深红色。遇三氯化铁呈淡绿棕色。遇氯化镁呈蓝粉红色。为真菌成分之一,属蒽醌类。存在于Helminthosporium gramineum Rabenhorst.,H. catenarium,H. tritici-vulgaris Nisikado等菌体中。以蔡佩克培养基,于30℃,培养6周制得的菌体,经干燥后,用氯仿萃取,萃取物在醋酸中重结晶,再在醋酸乙酯、氯仿中依次重结晶精制。为染料中间体。
