胃蠕动波
gastric peristaltic wave
胃的正常功能之一。正常人一般在其腹部看不到，只有在腹壁松弛菲薄的多产妇和极度消瘦者可能看到。幽门梗阻时，由于胃的蠕动增强，可以看到，表现为自左肋缘下开始缓慢地向右推进的较大蠕动波，到达右腹直肌下(幽门区）消失，有时尚可见到自右向左的逆蠕动波，这种蠕动波的前后均为隆起的的胃体，随蠕动波进行观察，可以大致看出胃的轮廓，故又称胃型。
