香芋芒果西米
材料：香芋（板栗更香，不过一直都用香芋）、芒果、椰浆、小西米、牛奶、白砂糖
做法：
1、沸水倒入西米煮熟，冰水中漂凉
2、西米用冰水冻半小时后装碗，再分别放入用高压锅煮好放凉的香芋粒（清水煮）、切好的芒果块、砂糖之后浇上椰浆，还有冷藏的鲜奶和冰块即可
