tong容hl lied{an fenxuonll筒式介电分选机(drum type dieleetric，epa-rator)以浸入介电液中的转筒作为一个分选电极的电选设备。这种设备适用于昨导体矿物的分选，分选效果较好。但设备处理量低，还不能满足大规模生产的要求。筒式介电分选机的构造如图所示，筒上装有许多细丝的鼓筒构成转鼓电极，转鼓斜下方安装的弧形筛网构成丝网电极。通电后两极间产生非均匀电场。鼓筒的三分之二浸入介电液体中，转动时，从上方给到鼓面上的物料转入介电液中。此时，介电常数低于介电液的矿粒被排斥，通过筛网进入隔板的左方，介电常数大于介电液体的矿粒继续吸附在鼓筒电极上，当鼓筒转‘，给矿下邵“霭 筒式介电选矿机简图 1一转鼓电极津一丝口一旋转方向; 4一丝网电极币一分隔板到丝网电极以外时，便落在隔板的右方，从而实现分选。 (朱俊士)
