Potentiality evaluation of land readjustment——A case study of Chongqing Three-Gorges Reservoir area;

The evaluation of land readjustment potentiality is not only a basic work during land readjustment,but also a basis for the demarcation of the key areas of land readjustment in provincial area or county area.

With the development of social economy and increasing of population,the land readjustment was becoming more importance.

The tillage and soil preparation are an important part of crop production,choosing and designing the suitable agricultural machinery that works to the tillage and soil preparation is the key to ensure the quality of work and improve productivity and reduce production and increase farmer’s income.

The quality evaluation of cultivated land is the base of cultivated land consolidation,scientific basis for special planning and project design of cultivated land consolidation are provided.

This article analyzes the landscape effect resulting from cultivated land consolidation in Yanqing county by contrasting landscape characteristics of different types of cultivated land between those obtained from the survey in the representative areas and those under detailed designing and planning for landscapes at different consolidation levels.

This paper uses theoretical and multifactor comprehensive analysis from the principal part of farmland consolidation to construct an indicator system for farmland consolidation potential.
