Daminozide(B9),chlormequat chloride(CCC),paclobutrazol(PP333),and abscisic acid(ABA) were supplied in culture media during subculture process in apple cultivars of Fuji,Jonagold,Goldspur,and Gala in order to study the efficacy of plant growth regulators on slow growth of apples in vitro for germplasm conservation.
结果表明:比久、矮壮素均有明显抑制苹果组培苗生长的作用,且茎尖存活率高,试管苗生长状况较好,转入常规继代培养基当代即可恢复生长,可用于苹果种质资源的离体保存,比久适宜的浓度为80mg/L,矮壮素为75mg/L左右;多效唑处理虽能明显抑制苹果试管苗生长,但易使有些品种试管苗玻璃化,可选择性应用;脱落酸作用过于剧烈,绝大部分处理苗死亡,不宜在苹果种质保存中使用。
