| 发生遗传学 developmental genetics 研究基因如何控制发育的遗传学分支学科。从遗传学观点看发育是从基因型转化为表型的过程。从受精开始，以至胚层、器官原基的形成，组织、细胞的决定和分化，每一步都要受特定基因的控制。这些基因发生突变就会相应地造成发育的异常、停顿，甚至胚胎的死亡。发生遗传学在方法学上主要是利用这些影响发育的突变型，并结合实验胚胎学、细胞生物学和分子生物学的方法，从不同水平来分析基因和性状发育之间的关系，以阐明基因控制发育的机理。 |
