5-M909型锅炉在第二次整机启动时的故障情况,对该锅炉前包墙过热器拉稀管断裂原因进行了分析,确认前包墻拉稀管运行中高频振动是造成管材穿晶疲劳产生裂纹进而造成管材断裂的真正原因,针对此原因提出了前包墻过热器拉稀管加装2层固定管卡,在前包墻管与前包墻鳍片管连接处开应力释放孔和鳍片根部磨出R5倒角的改造措施,改造后振动消失,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。
