核糖核酸复制酶（rna replicase）
又称rna指导的rna聚合酶，为以rna为模板合成rna的酶，存在于某些rna病毒中，其底物和作用方式均与dna指导的rna聚合酶相似。大肠杆菌噬菌体f2、ms2、r17和qβ的染色体含rna，不含dna。这些rna可直接作为合成病毒蛋白质的mrna。它们是在宿主细胞中因rna复制酶的作用合成的。这些复制酶在病毒侵染时才在宿主大肠杆菌细胞中产生，且对模板专一。就是说，qβrna复制酶只能用qβrna作模板合成病毒的rna链，宿主细胞的rna并不复制。
