In order to promote the formation and restoration of moss crusts in Hilly Loess Plateau region, the suitable inoculation methods, inoculation amounts, cultivated conditions (temperature and soil moisture) and nutrition conditions (Glucose, ammonium nitrate, potassium, dehydrogenated phosphate, magnesium sulfate) were studied by using a growth chamber under laboratory controlled conditions.
本文以陕北黄土丘陵区自然发育的藓结皮为研究材料,通过室内培养试验探索了藓结皮人工培养适合的接种方法、接种量,适宜的培养温度和土壤水分条件,葡萄糖以及氮、磷、钾、镁、等几种营养物质对藓结皮形成发育的影响。

性质:又称白鲜胺,白藓碱。棱柱结晶(由乙醇中结晶),熔点133℃。溶于热乙醇和氯仿,微溶于乙醚,难溶于水。其盐酸盐为针状结晶(由乙醇中结晶),熔点170℃(分解)。其苦味酸盐为黄色棱晶(由乙醇中结晶),熔点1.63℃。存在于芸香科植物白鲜(Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.)的根,松风草[Boenninghausenia albiflo-rd(Hook.)Meissn.]的地上部分。也可由合成法制得。有抗菌和皮肤湿疹、皮肤瘙痒的治疗作用。
