A new kind of silver-copper oxides catalysts for CO oxidation at room temperature in ambient humidity was prepared by the precipitation method,and the effects of experimental factors such as manner of precipitation,sorts of precipitation agent and the ratio of Ag/Cu on the catalytic activity were investigated.
结果表明该银铜型催化剂在常温、常湿条件下表现出优良的催化性能,具有较强的抗湿性。

y旧eu一huaJ-银催化剂(silve:Catalyst)以银为主要活性组分制成的贵金属催化剂。西方国家用量每年达100~150t。银催化剂对氧化反应显示出良好活性。 银催化剂的形态有金属(丝网或银粒)型和载体负载型两种。金属型银催化剂用于甲醇氧化制甲醛和乙醇氧化脱氢制乙醛。这两条生产路线虽然很古老,但技术成熟,至今仍在使用。负载型银催化剂最主要的工业应用是乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷,从193。年开发·直适用至今。该催化剂一般采用a一Alz()3作载体,含银量为1。%一3。%。为了改善催化剂的性能,常添加有枷、艳、钙、钡等助催化剂。典型的制备方法是用硝酸银溶液浸渍AI:03载体,然后经热分解制成催化剂。后来发现,经有机银化合物(如烯酮银)中间体再分解,可制得银晶粒更细且分散更好的催化剂,其选择性大幅度提高。此外,载体银催化剂还用于燃料电池作催化电极(Ag/活性炭)及石油化工中甲苯歧化生产对二甲笨(Ag/A12O3)。 (杨汝琳)
