This paper introduced the significance of the mode of sugar free tissue culture, methods of enhancing photoautotrophic ability of explants by controlling co2 concentration and light intensity, enlarging plantlets, leaf areas were summarized, and the prospects applied in culture industry were also analyzed.

In this paper,the scope of environmental control research of sugar-free micropropagation was summarized.

The results showed that the survival rate of graft plant with the test tube plantlets from in vitro micropropagation as rootstocks was lower than that with seedlings as rootstocks and also lower than that of graft plant in sugar-free medium.
