Fasciola hepatica

   吸虫纲片形科的一种,世界性分布。中国各地广泛存在。侵害牛、羊、马、驴、驼、狗、猫、猪、兔、鹿以及多种野生动物和人。虫体扁平叶状,长20~25毫米,宽8~13毫米。口吸盘位于体前端,腹吸盘位于前端腹面,口孔开口于口吸盘。肝片吸虫幼虫期在螺体内进行大量的无性繁殖,于5~6月份成熟,然后大量逸出。肝片吸虫幼虫期穿破肝表膜,引起肝损伤和出血。虫体的刺激使胆管壁增生,可造成胆管阻塞、肝实质变性、黄疸等。分泌毒素具有溶血作用。肝片吸虫摄取宿主的养分,引起营养状况恶化,幼畜发育受阻,肥育度与泌乳量下降,危害很大。
