城市土地利用结构
城市土地利用结构城市内各种用地的组成与面积数量和比例关系。它是城市人口和城市经济活动赖以进行的基础和基本活动空间。按土地使用性质划分，有工业、农业、交通、市政、居住、仓库、商业服务、道路、广场、公共绿地、科教文卫、风景游览、军事及其他用地等类。按各类用地在城市经济活动中的作用划分为直接生产用地(农地、厂区等)、间接生产用地(道路、仓库等)和非生产性用地(住宅等)等类。土地利用的合理与否，又寸城市经济结构与空间结构关系极大。所以，要根据城市性质确定城市土地利用的总体规划与布局，加强对城市土地利用的经济管理、行政管理和法制管理，达到上地利用结构的合理化。
