After oocysts of Eimeria tenella were treated in vitro for 10,20,30,60min,respectively,with disinfectant JIANKE I whose concentration was 1(the disinfectant stock solution): 19(water),the sporulation rates were counted.
[方法]用1:19"检科I号"消毒剂在体外与柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)BJ株卵囊分别作用10min、20min、30min和60min,观察孢子化率;将消毒剂作用1h以及未经消毒剂处理的卵囊分别感染14日龄的AA肉鸡后,用"检科I号"消毒剂进行带鸡消毒(1:30舍内超低容量喷雾消毒,同时1:150或1:300饮水消毒),对感染后144~168h之间排出的粪便进行克粪便卵囊计数,168h对鸡只称重,屠宰后对盲肠病变记分。
