通过对上海种植业及养殖业 (仅限畜牧业 )近年来育种、种子种苗生产及销售情况的调查 ,总结上海农业发展所取得的成绩及发展源头农业所存在的问题 ,并针对上海目前源头农业中所存在的推广品种不能满足生产及市场需要 ,品种退化、混杂现象严重 ,现有品种科技含量不高 ,以及育种研究、种子生产、繁育、推广和销售的脱节等问题 ,提出上海发展源头农业要重视基础研究的投入、重视上海本地品种资源的利用 ,实现传统农业与现代生物技术的结合 ,并不断学习国外成功的经验 ,走“研 推 繁 销”的一体化之
